“Caitlin and Tim were AMAZING! Such a dream to work with and made our wedding everything it was! During the planning process, Caitlin took so much stress off of us by handling so many things, especially keeping track of so many small tasks that I didn’t even think of. She was such a great resource to bounce ideas off of and helped me stay on a timeline for planning with what we needed to think about next. Her communication with myself, vendors, and everyone else was top notch! If anything went wrong during the wedding, I for sure did not know about it, Caitlin and Tim took care of it! Choosing Cait + Co for our wedding planner and day of coordination was the best decision and I would recommend them 15/10 to anyone getting married! The day would not have been what it was, if not for them! ”

“I am pretty sure the best decision that I made surrounding my wedding was hiring Caitlin and her team! I knew what I wanted for my big day and was determined to do most of it myself, which for the most part I was able too. I was planning on getting married and having the reception in a space that was near and dear to my heart, however the venue did not have any staff that worked the events that were held there. I knew I was going to need a plan, and humans to make the plan happen, to turn the space over from the wedding set-up to the reception set-up. I was really really adamant about wanting my wedding day to be very calm and peaceful (as much as possible) for myself, my wedding party, all my guests, and especially my mother (I have come to be a stresser very naturally ☺) and I knew that not only would the day be stressful, but flipping the room was going to be an issue.

I was introduced to Caitlin through a friend who knew her personally. I loved the idea of having someone to help out on my big day and just made sure everything ran smoothly and I knew I was going to need some help with the room flip, however I had no idea just how important Caitlin would become to the success of my big day! Caitlin and I both spoke and met in person before my wedding day. She was so knowledgeable and brought details to my attention that I would never have even considered needing a plan for. She spoke with all of my vendors separately to make sure everyone understood where they were supposed to be when. My wedding day could not have gone smoother. I was able to relax and get ready, my mom was even able to sit down and relax before we headed over to the venue. Caitlin made sure the day ran flawlessly and was able to put out any small fires that occurred without me even knowing about them.
I literally cannot recommend Caitlin and her team enough! Especially if you are bride who is trying to do it all yourself, please take my word for it and hire a day of coordinator! You will not regret it at all, and Caitlin is truly the best!!”

“When we were planning my daughter’s wedding, we were working to create her dream with an eye on the budget. My daughter recommended we hire Caitlin to assist with the wedding because, as my daughter said, “I want you to be able to enjoy the day.” I have to say that move was one of the best decisions we made. The wedding she had was her dream, and I was not stressed the day of the wedding.
Caitlin and company listened to the wishes of my daughter, the bride; and heard the logistic concerns of the mother, me. They managed the fine dance of keeping everyone calm and assuring that things could work as desired. They prepared us with questions and recommendations prior to wedding day, so the details were planned and the logistics covered. Leading to the wedding, they advised, corralled, organized, calmed and basically put all the plans into action. They were the voice of reason, and the director assuring everyone was in the correct place at the correct time. The transition from Wedding to Reception was fabulous (and they worked to flip the room). I cannot say enough, thank enough or recommend enough Caitlin and her team, as I truly was able to enjoy my daughter’s wedding.
